The staff were welcoming, polite, and attentive during our kitty party at Pacific Prime today. Everything was managed perfectly, and the service stayed prompt and professional throughout. Every guest felt comfortable and looked after. The food was fresh, delicious, and nicely presented. We also loved the hotel's ambience and overall feel. All the ladies in our group were very happy and appreciated the hospitality. Thanks, Pacific Prime, for making the day special. Highly recommended, and we're looking forward to coming back! ❤️✨

Sadhna at reception was especially welcoming and helpful. She handled check-in and my questions smoothly and with a friendly attitude, which made a great first impression. The other staff were polite and professional too. Hotel Pacific primee Zirakpur is calm and well organized, with clean, spacious, well-maintained rooms that made for a comfortable stay. The service was good, and I truly enjoyed my time at Pacific Hotel Zirakpur. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Our daughter's birthday celebration was memorable, and a big thanks to Rakesh, Sumit, Ashish, and the whole team for making it special. We'd happily host more celebrations here and recommend the place for family events. The food was delicious, with a variety guests appreciated, and we got lots of compliments. Service was quick and courteous, always with a smile. From the start, the team was supportive, attentive, and organized, taking care of every detail so we could relax and enjoy the party.

Sumit helped us at reception, and Charu was great in the dining area. They made separate special tea just the way we like it, which made us feel at home. Everyone was welcoming, and it's a very good place. We'll definitely come back.

The host was friendly, professional, and quick to answer questions, so everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. The location was convenient but still peaceful, and it was easy to unwind after a long day. The property was clean, thoughtfully designed, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. An amazing stay, and I'd recommend it to families, friends, or anyone looking for a comfortable, memorable place.
