Breakfast was the one issue. It was included in my booking, but it still wasn't available by 8:15 AM. We were told it would take another 30 minutes, and we had to leave without eating because we were short on time. Otherwise, it was a comfortable, pleasant stay. Hotel Sivila is easy to reach on the Kalka–Shimla Highway, and the property is well maintained. The staff were caring and very helpful, and they upgraded our spacious room without charging extra. The washroom was clean and neat too.

Our group booking went smoothly, and the staff were incredibly accommodating throughout our stay at Hotel Sivila. They handled the room arrangements and special meal requests with warmth and attention. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish.

I was disappointed during my recent trip to chandigarh. There was hair all over the bedsheets, stains on the walls, and chipped paint. We had paid for breakfast when booking, but it wasn't available. They said there was no buffet and that they could bring only 3-4 items to the room.

The location was easy to access, and the hospitality was lovely. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were amazing, and the service was excellent. Great stay!

Being just a short drive from Tau Devi Lal Stadium is a big plus. It saves time on busy event days, and makes Hotel Sivila a convenient choice for matches, events, or group stays. It's one of the best located and most convenient hotels in the area.
