OYO 14832 Hotel Rooftop

Everything in the room worked properly, including the AC and TV, and the linen was spotless with no smell. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and they brought hot water in the evening when I asked. Really good service for the price, I’d visit again.

We got to the hotel after booking, but the receptionist said our room had already been given to someone else and refused to let us check in. He threatened us and told us to leave as soon as possible. When I said I would complain, he said the Property Owner had told him not to give us a room and that I could do whatever I wanted. OYO said they could only cancel the booking and couldn’t otherwise help, and they never resolved it. This felt completely fraudulent, and I wouldn’t consider it safe for couples or families.

The bathroom door trapped me inside for nearly an hour, and the rooms were filthy. There was no cleaning or fresh bedsheet, and they gave me a used blanket. Hygiene was zero. I’m going to claim my money back. Places like this should get negative marks.

Music from the gym on the first floor started shaking the room floor at 4 am. The hotel is upstairs on the second floor, and the rooms are tiny, with poor interiors and no room service. They didn’t even provide a cup or glass. I had a really bad stay, so please don’t book here.
