OYO 1832 Hotel Parbhat Inn

We've been regulars at this hotel's bar for three years, and the food is good. But the service today was pathetic. They usually bring a complimentary salad with the 3-5 drinks we order, but this time they stopped, without seeming to care that we've been coming for a long time. The bartender, rahul chhetri, was rude, maybe he was in a bad mood. We said we have other options but prefer this place, and he replied, "u can go if u want". When I said customer retention matters, he said he didn't care if we never came back. We spend money and expect service with a smile. That kind of behavior is unacceptable. There are plenty of other options. Don't come here.

The service was third class. The front desk staff were unprofessional, didn't know how to handle a guest, and didn't seem aware of the visitor policy. They need to have educated, professional staff in FO.

Everyone loved the fresh, tasty food, from the snacks and soups to dinner and the amazing moong daal halwa. The hotel staff made our celebration memorable with excellent service and arrangements. Big thanks for getting everything just right.

I checked in today, 6th Apr, to room 306. The service was third class. There was a mosquito in the kettle, the bedsheet wasn't washed, and no toothbrush or shaving kit was available. The room phone wasn't working.
