Oyo 45972 Hotel Vasdeva

Ajay and Shivam from the hotel staff were very helpful during our stay. We were in chandigarh for a function and booked this place, which was full much of the time because of our guests. The hotel isn't owned by OYO anymore, so it's just Vasudeva now. The rooms are small and not up to the standard of a 3 star property, though they're okay for a stay. Some rooms had water heater issues, and another had a door problem. There's a market with good restaurants 2 to 3 minutes away by car or a 15-minute walk. Otherwise, you can ask the staff to help order food.

I stayed here to take my HPSC Assistant professor exam on 9th November 2025. It was a decent stay, with good service and amenities that were okay.

My stay at this hotel in Peer Muchala Village, Zirakpur, under Mohali District, Punjab, was awful. The room was extremely dirty and had no proper ventilation. I asked the staff repeatedly to clean it, but it never got cleaned during my stay. The room lock was broken, and even after I told management several times and asked them to replace it, they ignored me. That left me seriously concerned about safety and security. The hotel's maintenance is extremely poor, and it felt like a scam because nothing matched the descriptions. I strongly advise against booking here.

The owner and staff were very nice, and the owner was cooperative, but the rooms weren't very good. The room locks were broken and the bathrooms very dirty. The hotel is in the village of Peer muchhla, with no nearby market, and it's far from the main market in sector 20 Panchkula city. The nearby main road is Shimla road. Orders don't arrive on time. I ordered tea and it came three hours late. Rooms are available at cheap rates, and cleaning is average.
