Shradha Guest House by OYO Rooms

The staff were rude and seemed not to care about guests. The interim manager, whom his colleagues call "Topi," seemed to live up to that nickname. The place was neither clean nor properly staffed, and I came away with a really bad experience. You might expect a hotel to sort out problems with your room and food, but that wasn't what happened here. I wouldn't stay there.

This stay was a nightmare. There was no water for a whole day, and power was out for hours; the AC also failed at night. The door lock didn't work, and there was no laundry service. My room had lots of insects, the hotel wasn't clean, and the blanket smelled awful. The food was terrible, and the staff didn't respond. Shame on you, oyo rooms.

One room was full of rodents, and the bathroom fittings were broken. The AC and fan didn't work either. The rooms were below standard, and the staff were extremely arrogant. I had a very bad experience.

We booked every room for our stay and a small function, and it was a comfortable visit. The accommodation was very good, and the owner, Sandeep, was helpful and cooperative.
