Shagun Residency

The restaurant was a highlight for me. There was a wide selection, from Indian dishes to continental food, all freshly prepared and nicely presented. Breakfast had several choices too, and the staff served it with a smile. Little extras like complimentary tea and coffee, tidy slippers, and quick room service also made the stay enjoyable. The rooms felt spacious and modern, with comfortable beds, fresh linens, soft lighting, and neatly arranged furniture. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the clean bathrooms had hot water, toiletries, and towels. The whole property was spotless and tastefully decorated, with gentle background music and a calm feel that made it easy to relax. Shagun Residency is in the heart of Model Town, close to the main market, shopping areas, and transport hubs, while the surroundings still felt peaceful and well maintained. Its classy, well-lit exterior gave a premium first impression. The lobby was bright and elegant, with a pleasant fragrance, and the reception staff were courteous, well trained, and ready to help. Check-in went smoothly, and they made me feel welcome. The service stayed professional across reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant. Staff were polite and quick to respond. Whether you're there for business, a family trip, or a quiet weekend, Shagun Residency pays attention to the details and makes the stay feel special.
