Fabhotel Panchratna

I booked this room because it had a TV, but the TV didn't work. The room was dusty, the linens didn't seem fresh, and the bathroom hadn't been scrubbed properly. Management didn't seem keen to sort any of it out. I wouldn't stay here unless they improve the standards.

The room didn't match what I saw in the app. There were cockroaches around, no geyser, and although there was an air conditioner, there was no remote. The fan only ran at full speed. The bathroom window was left open, which made me wonder how a woman could bathe with any privacy. I complained to Oyo while at the airport, and a customer relationship manager asked me to call back even though a ticket had already been raised. I also suspect Oyo service managers may not inspect properties properly, or could be bribed by hotel owners into giving false reports that everything is fine. OYO should focus on the quality of its listings instead of offering cheap, substandard rooms to travellers.

The rooms were very dirty and unhygienic, and management was poor. The receptionist was rude and behaved very badly.

Broken tiles and toilets, dirty rooms and sheets, and no towels or toiletries. This was a total rip off. I booked through mmt with breakfast included, but when I asked, staff said they didn't provide it and told me to contact whoever I booked with. We were also promised hot water in the morning, but none was provided. When we asked about it, the staff shouted back. Worst experience ever.
