The rooms are neat and clean, and I stayed for 2 days. It's a very good place for a family stay, and good for friends too. The rooms are luxurious, the staff are good, and they provide room service. Hot water, free wifi, breakfast in the morning, plus tea and coffee. The lift works properly, and the ACs in all rooms work well.

The service was appreciable, but the room was badly maintained. There were cockroaches everywhere, the AC ran all day without cooling, and the bed and pillow were poor quality.

Hot water was available even late at night and early in the morning, which surprised us since many hotels don't have it then, especially with solar equipment. The restaurant food was nice, as expected, and the locality was good. The accommodation was okay and clean before check-in, with rooms in both small and large sizes. One room had a bathroom door that needed fixing. Parking is very limited, just 2 or 3 cars, otherwise you'd have to park by the roadside. The accommodation charges are quite high. Staff were cooperative, though the person at the counter wasn't polite. Overall, it was a good experience and I'd recommend it for a one day stay. Hope management sorts out the counter staff's politeness and professionalism soon.

The staff were helpful and behaved well, and the accommodation was really good, neat, and clean. Everything we needed was there, and we were happy with the service. Had a great experience at Payal Hotel, thank you so much 😊

The hotel is okay, but the elevator is very small. The bathtub in the bathroom wasn't clean, and AC water was dripping onto the bed. There was no kettle in the room, and the bathroom had no soap, shampoo, or dental kit.
