For what they charge, this is terrible value, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting a clean, pleasant stay. Common areas had dust and debris, while the bathrooms were filthy with visible grime and stains. Towels and linens looked stained too, so the place felt unhygienic. The rooms were poorly kept, furniture was worn out, and there was a musty smell throughout. Staff seemed indifferent and unresponsive. Simple requests were ignored or took far too long. The whole experience felt unprofessional and badly managed, and the hotel fell well short of the expectations I had.

If you visit during or after monsoon, some rooms have great views of ADAI lake and ADAI FALLS. The hotel staff were cooperative, and the service was okay. The rooms are nice, but a little outdated and not well maintained. Food wasn't good enough for family dinners. Comparing the price with the experience, though, can leave you disappointed.

I paid for a room with aç, but it didn't work all night, and the TV wasn't working either. The room was in terrible condition, with water patches, a bad bathroom, a loose wire, gutka spit, and pets on the bed. The lift was in poor shape too. There was no welcome water, and they charged me for it. This hotel didn't feel suitable for families. I didn't like the culture there, and saw boys and girls being allowed in without valid documents, which I didn't think was family friendly. The manager said his salary was very low and he couldn't manage the work, despite working 24 hours. I have photos of all these issues. @booking. Com, please refund my amount.

There was waste under the bed and in the window, and the drawers were dirty. The bedsheet and blankets were dirty too, with hairs stuck to them. The room was very unhygienic and not worth the price. The staff were just okay. The TV and bathroom gyzer didn't work either.

The food was pathetic, and so was the service. Even after getting a seat, I had to wait for a waiter to take my order. I called the waiter three or four times and still had to wait.
