Waking up to the falls from our balcony was a highlight, and Delano Residency is just steps from Thirparappu Waterfalls. The rooms were spacious, spotless and the infinity pool is a must-visit. Staff were so polite and went out of their way to make our family comfortable. Thanks to Jerry and Whatson for making the stay great. Highly recommended if you're visiting the area!

Everything we needed was taken care of without us having to ask, which is what made the hospitality stand out. The staff were welcoming, attentive and incredibly polite. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere stayed peaceful throughout. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend this place to families or couples looking for a pleasant, comfortable visit.

We could hear the waterfall from our falls-facing room throughout the stay, which was wonderfully relaxing. The rooms were spacious, neat and clean, and the restroom was well maintained. Our family had a great time at the infinity pool. The restaurant needs improvement. There was only one server, so the crowd was hard to manage, and the food's taste could be better. Still, the stay beside Thiruparapu falls was perfect.

We spent three days at @delano and really enjoyed the pleasant atmosphere. Anita, Suni and all the other staff were friendly, and the service was super good. I'd definitely recommend staying here and enjoying the great atmosphere.
