The staff behaved okay, but the stay didn't feel worth the money, especially with better options around. Although the hotel looks good outside, the rooms are small and poorly ventilated. They weren't clean or hygienic, the washrooms were dirty, there was no hot water, and the towels didn't seem properly washed.

The room upkeep was awful, and rats chewed through my valuable bag. The room itself didn't have a good feel, and the complimentary breakfast wasn't good quality either. I wouldn't choose Niraj hotel.

Its central spot, close to the bus stand and railway station, makes it convenient to stay here. Still, it's not among Parbhani's best hotels, and the rooms need renovating soon if they want to keep up with other hotels in Parbhani.
