The Fern Residency Parbhani

On our family tour, my stay felt like a lavish retreat. The lobby's architecture sets a grand tone, and the fern residency is the epitome of 5-star luxury. My suite was comfortable and high-tech, with a king-sized bed and high-thread-count linens that gave me a perfect night's sleep. The marble bathroom, rainfall shower, and premium toiletries were another highlight. Service was proactive and intuitive, with staff anticipating needs before I asked. Dining was prompt, the food quality was exceptional, and the facilities felt world-class. The infinity pool has unparalleled views of the hotel, and the gym has the latest Technogym machines. If you're after a seamless, truly luxurious stay in parbhani, look no further. Highly recommended.

The slow, unresponsive room service didn't make the premium rates feel justified. Basic requests were delayed or ignored, and the rooms were overpriced for the facilities and comfort on offer. Room condition, maintenance, and cleanliness were poor as well. Both the room standards and customer service need significant improvement. I wouldn't recommend it to travelers seeking value or comfort.

Breakfast had a nice spread, and a la carte orders came out very quickly. The taste, quality, and quantity were all up to the mark. The property is awesome and well maintained, and the staff were very polite and helpful.

The service needs work. I'd booked two rooms with double beds, but was given rooms with two single beds instead. After I raised it, they changed one of the rooms. I also had to remind them to provide towels and toiletries for double occupancy. The rooms, restaurant, and hotel premises were well maintained.
