The rooms were clean, and room service was quick. The staff were very courteous too. I found it good value for money, though the lack of a chair in the room could be a bit inconvenient for business travelers. The stay was good to very good.

The location is better, but that’s just my point of view. I ran into service issues in the rooms, whether with plumbing or cleaning, and the service staff seemed quite lazy.

It was a bad experience visiting this hotel. The service quality was very poor, and the room I got at check-in was different from the one available through online booking. It felt like I was just spending money for no status. Bad, bad, bad.
