The staff were polite, gentle, helpful, and cooperative. But the hotel is right beside the railway line, and trains pass often at night, so I couldn't sleep. It was not a peaceful stay.

I booked through agoda, but the room looked nothing like the photos on the booking site. The place seemed to be under temporary construction and wasn't suitable for a family. I tried to reach agoda and got no reply, so I eventually had to give up the booking. I wouldn't book this hotel or use agoda.
