We kept having to ask for drinking water, fresh towels, soap, and other basics. Room service was poor, and in winter there was no warm water in the bathroom. The beds were uncomfortable, toilets were often dirty, water collected in one spot after bathing, and the mats weren't changed regularly. The stairs were extremely slippery and felt like a serious safety risk. Phones were often dead or only rang through cross-connections. Laundry couldn't be relied on because clothes might get lost, with no compensation policy. It was a disappointing stay, and I strongly advise against booking here.

I came here for a party, but the waiters didn't know how to respond. The staff were very lazy, didn't listen, and barely did any work. They need to be better. I seriously don't know why I even gave this one star!

The room service was good, and hot water was available. But the room wasn't warm, and the furniture could use improvement.

Party arrangements were a highlight, with decorations done to our liking and the food made according to our needs. The food was tasty, the party halls suit small and large events, and the charges are very reasonable. The place is clean and well maintained, with proper rooms, clean washrooms, and parking. Reception was very nice, and the head dealt with us well. It's on the road and near the bus stand, so it's easy to find, with the market close by too. For medium-sized families, it's a good choice. I love it.

The food was superb, from the main dishes to the good-quality snacks and appetizers. The beer bar had a great selection, more than enough for what I wanted. Staff were attentive and helpful. One thing, the tablecloth had old food marks on it and should have been changed.
