The staff were unprofessional and had no idea about hospitality. The service, food quality and location were the worst I've seen. The rooms are pathetic, with ceilings and walls in very bad shape. Doors don't have handles or locks. I've never seen a hotel like this. It was my first and last stay here.

We arrived at 9pm in the evening, and even though we had informed them well in advance, our room wasn't ready. They didn't provide a room key and used a master key to open the door. The deal included breakfast, but there was no buffet breakfast. The room wasn't clean, toiletries weren't provided, and the toilet was especially dirty. The door handles had so much buildup that I didn't feel like touching them. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone, especially families with kids.

The view from the spotless room was stunning, and the beds were comfortable. The design is sleek, check-in was fast, and staff were always eager to help. A dependable option for a comfortable stay.

The rooms were good, and the staff provided good service. I also liked the hotel's location. One of the best places to stay in Patiala.
