The room had a dirty, poorly ventilated washroom, and the bedsheet was in bad shape. When I asked for a fresh one, they handed it over and told me to change it myself. The people were really unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend this Oyo flagship patiala guest house. I didn't feel safe staying there.

While I was out for a couple of hours, the hotel packed up my things and shifted them to another room because they'd received a new booking. Luckily, nothing was missing. It made me wonder if they really know how to run a hotel. Maybe it suits couples booking by the hour.

The manager's response to the mess was just "Manage kr lo." The room smelled like a gutter, and water from the washroom had spread across the floor and to the entrance. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheet was so dirty it looked like it hadn't been changed in a month. I wouldn't recommend anyone stay here.

The room and washroom were unhygienic, and the service was terrible. There wasn't even a water bottle or the amenities listed on OYO. The manager was ill-mannered and flirtatious. It was a really pathetic experience, and I'm very unhappy with it.

Even with an advance booking, I was left waiting for around five hours because they were booked. They also charged me an extra 300 rupees and were otherwise willing to throw me out. The place was unhygienic and the tap didn't work. Staying here would be a nightmare. Definitely avoid it.
