The washroom was in awful shape, with broken showers and commodes that couldn't be used. The management was also troubling: Mr. Sanjeev and Ms. Neha acted unprofessionally and misbehaved with us, so we filed an FIR. Breakfast was charged separately despite being included in the room tariff, and they wouldn't give us proper bills. That raises serious concerns about tax evasion. Guests who complain are even threatened. Very unethical management and poor hospitality. Be careful about booking here.

The room was clean and quiet, and the location in Kankarbagh is really nice. The staff were good, and miss sneha was especially helpful and behaved well. The food from Hotel aalcajars inn was tasty too. Thank you so much.

For a room costing around 4500 INR a day, the base option was tiny, barely bigger than a walking closet and bathroom together at some other top 4 stars hotels. I stayed for one day, and when I asked for toiletries, I was told those were only provided in a very premium variant room. This hotel claims to be 3-star, but I don't think it's worthy of even one star.

The broken washroom showers and commodes made the poor upkeep obvious. On top of that, Mr. Sanjeev and Receptionist Neha Me were rude and unprofessional throughout our stay, and their conduct left us feeling we had no choice but to file an FIR. They charged separately for breakfast even though it was included in the room tariff, then gave no proper bill or invoice for those extra charges. That raises serious concerns about financial irregularities and possible tax evasion. They also intimidate guests who question them or try to complain. Very disappointing management, with no accountability. Think twice before booking.

Rude, inappropriate behavior from the staff and a lack of basic courtesy made my stay unpleasant. The service felt unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend Aajcajars Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming place.
