Capital O 80865 Collection O Hotel Mk Grand

The breakfast is an extra, and the choices are limited to the daily special. That was fine with us, since it’s a small property. I stayed one day in October with my parents. The rooms were spacious, clean, and new, and when we asked for an extra bed, they brought it promptly. The staff were courteous and polite. Special mention to Surinder Singh, who arranged a car for our sightseeing.

I booked for Rs 1665 after speaking with customer care, but at check-in the hotel asked for Rs 2000. I contacted customer support and they did nothing. This sort of thing happens even at Oyo’s own properties. I won’t use Oyo rooms again.

The room and bathroom were dirty, and I had to ask separately for them to be cleaned. We also nearly missed our train because the main door was locked at 10 pm and nobody was at reception. It took us 15 minutes to find someone. On top of that, after paying online, we were asked for extra tax, even though we understood the amount paid to include tax.

You can't leave before 6 in the morning because the place is locked after 11 pm. They didn't serve any water, and the service was very poor. The bedsheet and towel weren't in the condition shown in the photo.
