Collection O 30108 Cda Building

Booking through Oyo seems to mean being put on the 4th floor, where the rooms are pathetic. The walls were peeling, the fan blades were tan gh, the nightlamp had no bulb, and neither the TV nor the AC worked. They said the AC was pointless because it was winter. There was no respect for customers. They patronize you and act as though they've fixed your concern, then knock on your door in the middle of the night to ask for your booking ID. The staff member said they had government permission to download my aadhar from the website and deliberately asked for my UID OTP because he thought my aadhar ID was suspicious. There is no such authority to download your aadhar, and you can check in using a masked UID. They also somehow rated my booking themselves to raise their Oyo rating. Losers.

The reception staff were awesome, and check-in and check-out were easy. But for the tariff, there are better places, including some closer to the railway station. Restaurant service was very poor, and both the food quality and quantity fell short. Prices were very high, the restaurant staff asked for a tip with every order, and they didn't give a bill for the food.

The hotel is easy to reach from Patna Junction, and the location was accurate. But my room was tiny and had no ventilation. At check-in, the hotel charged an extra 40% of the booking amount. The staff, especially the room delivery staff, were unprofessional.

The rooms were spacious and tidy, and the hotel offers high-speed internet, air conditioning and an on-site restaurant. It's conveniently placed near the railway station, Buddha Smriti Park and The Mall. Super Collection O Rajendra Path in Patna combines comfort and convenience with good service. It works well for business or leisure travelers.
