Ginger Patna

We enjoyed a smooth, comfortable three-night stay at Ginger Hotel Patna, in room 507. The room was cozy, clean, well maintained, and fully equipped, though it didn't have a smart TV. Housekeeping kept it fresh and tidy every day, which made it feel welcoming, almost like home. At breakfast, there was a delicious buffet with different choices each day. The restaurant team, Raj Kiran, Vikram, and Sunny, were warm, prompt, and attentive whenever we asked for something. At reception, Nikhil, Khushi, and Zaishan helped us with early check-in and late checkout, and we appreciated their professionalism. A small request to future visitors: please be considerate about noise. Loud conversations in the corridor can disturb other guests. We were very happy with our stay.

The room was tidy, comfortable, and well cared for, and I had a great stay. Service was excellent. Farzhana from the room staff was especially kind and supportive, and made us more comfortable. Highly recommended.

Khushi and Zeeshan made us feel valued, especially with their kind, professional help and friendly smiles. The staff made sure everything went smoothly, which added so much to an already pleasant stay. Our room was clean and comfortable, well maintained, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming. I'd recommend the hotel and would happily stay here again.

At Ginger Patna, the room was clean, the food was tasty, and the service was spot on. Mr. Sagar from housekeeping brought a positive attitude to his in-room service. At the restaurant, Mr Sunny and Satyam looked after us well. Mr Aditya and Mridul at reception were polite and very helpful. The good location and their care made my stay comfortable. I'll visit again.
