You can stay here or use the hotel for a marriage or ring ceremony. The management is good and keeps the hotel clean. There's parking in front, and the hotel is right by the highway, so it's easy to find. Different organizations use different systems to rate hotels. Many use stars, with more stars meaning greater luxury. Food, entertainment, views, room size and amenities, spas, fitness facilities, access, and location can all factor into a rating. Hotels are assessed independently in traditional systems, which focus heavily on facilities. That can disadvantage smaller hotels, since missing one feature such as an elevator may prevent a higher category even if the accommodation is good.

The staff came across as rude and didn't communicate well, and the food fell short of what I expected. The rooms were average, while the banquet hall also left a lot to be desired. Based on my stay at Hotel Grand Celebration in Patna, I wouldn't recommend it.

The hotel staff organized my engagement celebration very well, and there was plenty of parking at both the front and back. The waiters were well behaved and civil, though they did ask for some money after the celebration. Prices were moderate, and the food was good. Try the Indian vegetarian main course and Chinese starter, those were awesome.

Getting checked in was easy, and the room looked like the photos the hotel provided. The food tasted good and seemed hygienic. The AC was only 3/5 for me. It's about 5-6 km from the junction and bus stand, though easy enough to reach. Good hotel, and the staff were cooperative.
