We only just got through one night here, and I don't usually leave reviews, but people should know. The food took about an hour to arrive after we ordered. It was cold and tasted strange. Service was awful, especially from the man at reception, who was rude and barked at us for no reason. My friend had a cold and wore a mask, but he ordered her to take it off. Then, after all that, he had the nerve to ask for a tip. It was a bad experience.
I stayed here recently and got a spacious AC deluxe room at a budget price. It's a good option for families or work trips. Manager Keshav Da was polite and understanding, and even gave me a small discount since I was checking out early. The staff were hospitable too.
A comfortable place to relax, with transport, medical colleges, and the things you need nearby. It's also close to PATNA JN.
Don't go there. The police will come knocking on the doors and take money too.
The hotel was neat and clean, and the interior gave it a resort feel. The staff were very polite, and the place had a homely atmosphere. The other facilities were good too. I never got to try the food because I didn't know the dining hours, and only found out at checkout that they had dining facilities. They should keep room service menus in the rooms. I especially recommend it to movie makers, who might enjoy the atmosphere.
