There was no mattress, just a divan, and I could feel the steel wires pressing into my ribs. I woke up sore. The room was also supposed to have a kitchen, but mine didn’t. I even had to ask for a kettle jug. Booking engines show the hotel exterior as an independent residential block, but the actual place looked like a slum. They also list free parking, which suggests vehicle access. There wasn’t proper access even on foot. The road was under construction, with wet concrete in some sections and sand dunes in others. I had to step over steel bars and manholes, cross the sand, and make my way around construction workers to reach the hotel.

The room they gave us was spacious, and cleanliness was average. The hotel stairs, though, are very narrow and feel like a maze.

The staff were rude, and nobody listened when I raised the issues. The pillowcases and towel were very dirty. Even tea wasn’t free with the so-called complimentary breakfast. The location was the worst, beyond what you can imagine.

The staff were polite, and the room was comfortable and clean. The washroom was clean too.

The place is dirty and poorly maintained, and it doesn't have the facilities you'd expect at an OYO hotel. There also wasn't a large single bed.
