There’s no restaurant in the hotel, so meals need to be sorted out from outside. The location is very good, right in front of patliputra railway junction, making it easy to reach. My room and bathroom had a modern style, and the stay was pleasant. The room was clean, staff were cooperative, and they provided soap, a towel, and a free bottle of water.

The lack of backup power was awful. When the lights went out at 0200 AM, everybody was crying. There were lots of mosquitoes and lice (louse) on the bed, and the rooms were very bad. I stayed with my family and kids, and this was one of the worst hotels of my life. Its rating should be minus 5. Even Patliputra railway stn platform would have been a better option.

Dirty linens, an unclean bathroom, no toiletries, and no cleaning made this the worst hotel experience of my life. The staff had no manners in how they spoke to guests. Please don’t go here.

The hotel has no restaurant, so food has to be arranged from outside. Its location right in front of patliputra railway junction makes it easy to reach, and the room and bathroom had a modern style. My room was clean and the staff were cooperative. They provided soap and a towel, but not even a litre of drinking water, so I had to buy some. Still, it was a pleasant stay.
