I arrived at 6:00 on 25th April and was waiting in the lobby for a guest who was staying there. A staff member came over and switched off the fan without saying anything. He told me, in his words, " raat bhar fan chala hai ", and said I could sit on the road if I wanted to sit, but the fan would stay off. When I asked his name, he refused, asking why he should tell me. Hotel manager, please look into this. People choose hotels based on reviews.

There wasn't any hot water, the TV didn't work properly, and no towel was provided. The rooms were very dirty, and the staff's behavior wasn't good. My experience was very bad. Please don't stay here.

There was hardly anything in the room: no extra hangers, table, or dustbin. The room and bathroom were very small, and the blanket was dirty. The toilet wasn't clean, its flush didn't work, and the taps were in poor condition.

The tariff is high, and I wouldn't choose this place for a family, official trip, or anyone expecting reasonable service. Staff spoke to customers rudely. They asked for full payment upfront, then wanted money first for things like a meal or mineral water. The restroom was in bad shape, with no handwash. They gave one bar of soap for both bathing and toilet use. Completely pathetic.

My experience was good overall, but couples should weigh these things before booking Hotel Shubh Sarthak. The room was comfortable, 4/5, and nobody disturbed our privacy, which I'd rate 5/5, but that was only when you paid a generous tip. Management people asked for a lot in tips. You can say no, though refusing someone for money doesn't feel good. Business etiquette gets 0/5. Hygiene was 2/5 because the toilet mirror wasn't usable.
