Super Townhouse Anisabad Near Mahavir Sansthan

Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were polite and helpful. My room was clean, comfortable, and well kept. I had a pleasant stay and thought it was good value for money.

The manager was arrogant and behaved poorly. I booked for three people through OYO, but once we arrived they wanted extra money for the third bed. They don't follow OYO's booking guidelines. I wouldn't recommend it.

The restaurant food was really good and reasonably priced, and the hotel is in a prime spot near the road. It's safe for couples and families, and there's AC with power backup around the clock. The room wasn't as spacious as the photos made it look, though. Service was very good.

The rooms at Townhouse, Anishabad (near Mahavir Sansthan, Patna) were unhygienic, and the staff seemed unprofessional and short on basic manners. Towels and other essentials weren't there at check-in. I had to call 3-4 times every hour before they finally brought them. Even so, staff kept knocking on the door before checkout, while reception called repeatedly and put us under unnecessary pressure. They also charged 30% extra for staying just 5 minutes past checkout, which felt completely unfair and exploitative. One of my worst hotel experiences. With poor hygiene and customer service like this, I can't recommend it unless management makes serious improvements.
