The food is good, but the deluxe rooms are much too small, and cleanliness needs work. The breakfast crockery in the restaurant wasn’t clean, with stains on the white plates and bowls. The chairs and tables are comfortable, though they look old.

At 11 pm, when I checked in, the reception area had no lights and nobody was there to take my bag or guide me. The room had a network problem, dampness, a bad smell, and wallpaper coming apart. Security was busy watching a phone instead of helping guests. The hotel is in very poor condition. This may have been my worst experience in the last ten years, and I never expected a place like this in a locality so close to the airport.

It’s a good hotel, but the service isn’t active enough. When you ask for something, they don’t listen or seem to care, even if you bring it up at reception. Their behavior also feels very unprofessional.

The food was overcooked and swimming in extra oil. I’m completely disappointed with the food quality and wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

The rooms were clean, the staff were polite, and the service was great. Excellent stay and totally worth the price. Highly recommend!
