Hotel Green Top

The location is the one good thing about this hotel. Our room was okay, but the bathroom water was very dirty and dusty, and the food was extremely poor. We stayed here before and had a much better visit then. This time the service was the worst, and we won't stay here again.

We had a lovely time at hotel green top. The hospitality was excellent, the food was delicious, and the views were stunning. A place worth visiting!

The rooms need a serious deep clean. There was a damp, musty smell from the moment we entered, and it lingered for our whole stay. The carpets badly need cleaning and felt like they could be breeding grounds for bacteria. Removing them and switching to easier-to-clean flooring might help, just a suggestion. Outside, Hotel Greentop in Patnitop is beautiful, with greenery, lovely views, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were courteous and service was prompt. The location and hospitality are nice, but the rooms need better cleaning and upkeep.

The restaurant was a real letdown this time. The food seemed stale, and the ingredients looked questionable. Paranthas and the other breads were good, but everything else seemed frozen and low quality. Even the paneer was hard and rubbery, as if it might have been analogue paneer. They need to improve the restaurant's food. Apart from that, it's a great place to stay. I've been here several times, and the rooms are brilliant, service is good, and everything feels clean and green. The atmosphere is great, and the flower garden and hotel grounds are very well maintained.
