Fabhotel Wakad Villa

The hotel ad photos are misleading, and action should be taken for consumer dishonesty. This was the worst hotel we’ve stayed at with our family, internationally even. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone, especially families with kids. We had two rooms for one night, and both were disgusting. The mattress, pillowcases, extra-bed foam, and towels all seemed filthy and unwashed. The pillows weren’t proper pillows, just lumpy messes. The toilet was the worst, covered in water and residue stains. Staff weren’t friendly, and when we asked for fresh towels, they refused and said we’d have to wait until morning, despite knowing we were checking out at 7 AM.

The photos may help show what I mean: what we got looked different from what the site showed. It was a terrible stay. Staff wouldn't answer calls, and there was no room service. The sheets and pillows were filthy, and when we asked for clean replacements, they refused. The toilet was unhygienic, the AC and TV didn't work, and the TV remote had no batteries. The cupboard lock was broken. It didn't feel like a genuine stay at all.

The walls were damp, with peeling paint, moisture marks, and visible damage. The room felt neglected and unhealthy, and the poor upkeep made it uncomfortable to stay in. It was a disappointing experience and not worth the price.

The room photos don't match what you actually get, and the place lacked basic things like drinking water. Our sheets and pillows were torn, dirty, and stained. There wasn't any soap at first. After we asked, they gave us one ₹10 Medimix soap for two people. The geyser didn't work, the sink tap had no water, and the toilet seats were broken. On top of that, the AC wasn't working and the staff were rude. We'd booked for two, but the staff treated us poorly when we arrived. Horrendous experience. Avoid this hotel.
