The package we booked for the top-floor hall didn't deliver what was offered. There was no effective AC cooling. The tower AC they said would be there for the Dias was sitting in a corner and didn't work, so we had to make other arrangements for our participants and rent a cooler from outside. Staff were complaining to management that the problem was their responsibility, not ours. The service was very poor. Think carefully before going there. The place is only good for people who drink alcohol.

The rooms were clean, and the food was genuinely delicious, better than I expected. Bhupendra Nag was soft spoken and even upgraded our rooms. For the price, the rooms are a great budget option.

I had a very bad experience and won't visit this hotel again. Reception staff didn't know how to handle guests, and when I called, they didn't respond properly. If I asked a question, they would say something in Hindi and hang up. There's no Wi-Fi in the rooms. They told me it was available only in the reception area. How can a three-star hotel offer Wi-Fi only there? Why not let guests use it in their rooms? If that's not possible, the room rent should be lower. Management, please train your staff properly. This is my personal feedback and opinion. 😠😠😠😠

I stayed here from 29 June 2025 to 02 July 2025. The place was decent, neat, and tidy, and the food and other services were excellent. The staff were very cooperative and trustworthy. Miss Keerthana provided excellent service. She's very well mannered and behaved, and her work deserves recognition. May God Bless her.
