Lilac Hills Resort

The quiet setting and lovely views, especially in the morning and evening, made it easy to unwind at Lilac Hill Resort. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the property was well looked after. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the food was fresh, tasty, and offered both local and familiar choices. It felt like good value for a peaceful break, whether with family or just to enjoy nature. I left relaxed and satisfied, and hope to return. Thanks to team Lilac.

After nearly two hours trying to sort things out with the owner, we had to leave and find another resort. She would not return even half of our ₹8,000 advance or lower the price, and the customer service was poor. We had booked early for a friends’ trip with four families and six children, but on arrival the property looked nothing like its online photos. It was cramped, with a small pool, no proper space or play area for the children, and no view. The facilities and atmosphere also differed from what was advertised, so the resort wasn't worth the price or the hype.

The calm, cool setting and tidy surroundings made for a lovely family staycation, and we had a great time in the pool. The food was delicious, too. Our hosts were respectful and clearly cared about guest satisfaction, especially Rajesh. Thanks for making it memorable for our family 💖. We’re looking forward to coming back 🤗🤩.

The peaceful surroundings made it easy to relax, and the resort was kept in very good condition. Everyone on staff was friendly and helpful, so we felt welcome. There were lots of tasty food options as well. A beautiful hill station ❤️, and we’d happily visit again 🤍🤍.
