The thali felt like good value, with generous portions and a tidy presentation. I liked how each item had its own flavor, and everything tasted fresh. Soft chapatis, well-cooked rice, and nicely spiced vegetables came with dal and curry that had a comforting, homemade feel. I really enjoyed the meal.

I hope the management takes this seriously and improves the cleanliness. Counters and utensils didn’t seem properly cleaned, and some food was left uncovered. Breakfast was a letdown: the puri bhaji, udid vada, and dosa all tasted extremely poor, and everything was cold and lacked freshness. The sambar looked blackish and unappetizing too. The hotel has potential, but breakfast quality and hygiene need a lot of work. It wasn’t worth the price.

Families can have a nice time here, and the ambience is really good. I loved the taste, too. If you're in Phaltan, visit Hotel Aryaman Pure Veg once.
