The price was high for the condition of the rooms. There were lots of cockroaches, the bed and sheets weren’t clean, and the landline didn’t work. When the lift was out of order, I had to take the stairs to reception. A terrible stay all around, and I wouldn’t come back.

We booked five rooms, and every one was dirty. There were bugs, stained sheets, worn wooden floor panels, and flickering lights in all the rooms. In some, the lights wouldn’t switch off all night. The AC was faulty too, and in a few rooms it was stuck at 16 degrees with no way to turn the temperature up. We were told a hot room wasn’t available. The lift was broken and there was only one staff member around. The pictures shown weren’t of this hotel. The gate listed the price as 999 per room, but we were charged 2226. Breakfast wasn’t available, yet it was charged. This place had every possible room problem. I want Fab hotel chain to take this seriously and compensate us.

I paid 25% after booking through the Fab Hotels customer care number. But when I got to the hotel, the receptionist said there were no rooms and that customer care would handle the refund. I still haven’t heard back, and my calls won’t connect to a customer support person. This feels like a scam.

The rooms are incredibly shabby, just as the bad reviews say. I only stayed one night because I was desperate and my preferred hotels were all sold out. You get what you pay for here. Avoid it. If you can’t find anywhere else, sleep in your car for the night.
