I’ve had few stays as bad as this one. The lift wasn’t working, there were no towels in the bathroom, and the staff member was angry and unfriendly. He even told me to cancel my booking.

The hotel simply refuses bookings made online. The receptionist was also extremely rude and seemed not to care how he spoke to people.

The hotel was called Aura home's, and my experience there was really bad. There was hardly any hospitality or cleaning. We stayed for five days, but nobody came to clean the washroom or toilet. The TV wasn’t working either. I told a staff member, who said he’d check, but the problem never got fixed. The AC also wouldn’t start properly. I wouldn’t suggest this place for families or business travelers, as it’s quite difficult. Fab Hotel Aura home's, please make sure guests receive proper hospitality and a good response. My review is zero. Still, thank you for giving us a place when we needed one 👍.

We came all the way from Mumbai for an official booking through the Fab Hotel website, but weren’t allowed to check in and had to wait an hour. The staff had no manners when speaking to customers. Breakfast was late, and we saw it being brought from a local snack stall even though guests were charged a high price for it. The room and toilet were dirty, the TV didn’t work, and another room had no TV recharge. Wifi was unreliable as well. I wouldn’t recommend the Fabhotel website for booking.
