The TV seemed to be there for show, since most channels needed a subscription, and the Wi-Fi didn't work either. There were no lights when we checked in, and the receptionist was very rude. The AC was out, and some switches were taped together with wires joined close to the shower. I didn't know about that connection and got an electric shock while bathing. Choose your hotel carefully, and consider a company-run one.

I stayed in room 410. The room was good, and restaurant service was available.

I felt really let down by the service. The AC in my room wasn't working, and when I asked at the desk, they said someone would come to fix it. A person finally showed up at 1am, cleaned the filter, then told me the gas had run out. They wouldn't give me another room when I asked. Hard to believe a 3-star hotel provides this kind of service 😞.

For the price, there are some nice surprises here. The rooms are spacious, with comfortable-sized beds, good lighting, AC, TV, clean bathrooms, furniture, a wardrobe, and hot water all day and night. Staff were helpful, and they brought an iron when I asked. Breakfast downstairs was included. The amount was limited but enough, and the poha was fresh and tasty with hot tea. A few things need attention. The mirror in my bathroom was missing, bedsheets and blankets need to be washed regularly, and rooms should have a bucket. The hotel's entrance on the ground floor looks quite shady even though the hotel is on the fourth floor. It should feel safer and better for women arriving at night.
