The property looks nice from outside and from the terrace, and I stayed there for 2 nights near Chinchwad, Pune. The spacious room was moderately clean, though several things needed attention: the door lock, air conditioning, tea maker, wash basin tap, and intercom. Staff partly fixed these after I asked. There’s an in-house restaurant on the ground floor. The food quality was okay, but the staff could use better training to get orders right. The place needs stronger maintenance and more capable professionals to improve the hospitality.

I really looked forward to breakfast each morning. The spread had good variety and quality, and housekeeping kept my room spotless throughout my 12 days at Hotel Spree Shivai. The staff were warm and friendly, and every interaction felt sincere and welcoming. It was a comfortable stay with a nice balance of hospitality, and I left with great memories. I’d happily come back.

I spent 15 days at Hotel Spree Shivai, Pune, and the daily housekeeping kept my room neat, clean, and organized. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of choices and everything tasting delicious. From check-in onward, the staff were courteous and attentive. The reception team was especially helpful and handled my requests promptly. I felt welcomed and valued, and the comfort and hospitality made the stay memorable. It felt like a home away from home. I’d recommend it and look forward to returning.

The room was clean and well allocated, and the food was tasty. The reservations staff took care of my stay, while the rest of the team were qualified, helpful, and provided very good service. Thanks to Adinath and everyone at Spree for making things comfortable. I’d recommend it to friends and family.
