The manager's response was the worst part. When we raised our concerns, he said, “This is not my hotel, don’t discuss with me,” which is completely unacceptable for customer service. The bed service was poor, and there weren't even drinking glasses available in the room or hotel. Staff behavior was bad and unprofessional. Management and service quality need major improvement, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.
Foreigners apparently aren't allowed at this hotel, even though I had booked through the Oyo helpline. They only asked for advance payment to hold the reservation. I lost an hour trying to check in, with several calls to managers and bosses, and it was a horrible experience. I eventually got a room for one night, and it was nice and clean.
The manager's response to service requests was “mera hotel thodi hai.” The place was awful to stay in, and the plates they sell for 10 rupees each say a lot. Pathetic experience. I'd give zero stars if I could.
The rooms are clean and feel safe for couples. Good value at a low price, definitely recommended.
The photos don't match what you get, and the place had none of the things described.
