There’s been no hot water since I arrived, despite telling reception several times since last night. The bedding was also in terrible condition when I checked in. The pillows had blood stains, and the blanket was in very bad shape. After I asked them to change it, they only swapped the covers and covered up the dirty pillow and blanket. For the safety of my family and me during our four-night stay, I had to go buy bedding myself. A terrible experience, please avoid.

The photos on the OYO app promised something quite different from what I found. There's no landline in the room, and cockroaches were wandering around freely. Check the room in person before paying. One of my worst stays.

The area is good, and the room itself was reasonably fine, but the linen, bedsheets, and blanket were in poor condition. The towel also wasn't up to standard. They need to improve the housekeeping and room service and take much better care of these things.

The one thing I liked most was having hot water around the clock in winter. The location is quite good, and the room was okay for the rate, though not good overall. Maintenance needs work. The cupboard smelled of insecticide, the fridge didn't work, and staff didn't replace it even after I told them. The sheets looked unwashed, as if they just kept turning them over. The TV only had free channels and no remote. Even small things, like the loose water tap, hadn't been fixed properly.

One of the worst hotels I've stayed in. I told the person at reception, Mr.Krishna, that the AC wasn't working, but he didn't respond.
