Coco Lagoon by Great Mount Resort

Suraj deserves a shout out for spotting elephants from kilometres away with his eagle eyes during our day tour to Valparai. The resort and pool were clean and well kept, and the Wi-Fi stayed good and consistent. All the staff and management were attentive and lovely. It was a wonderful experience overall.

We came back from our family get together at Coco Lagoon feeling relaxed. Everyone enjoyed the food, service, and hospitality, and the staff took great care of all our needs. The resort is a lovely place to unwind, whether you want to use the pool, walk to the nearby river, or try the many activities on and off the premises. You can also visit Topslip and Parambikulam nearby. Set away from the main road and surrounded by greenery, it has a calming atmosphere. The design, layout, landscaping, and entertainment options all seem thoughtfully planned. Our spacious room looked out onto the surroundings, and the bathroom was well organised with good quality supplies. The restaurant served tasty food across different menus, with a wide range of choices, and the service was excellent. I'd strongly recommend it for a break from city or busy life. It worked really well for our get together.

Our pool suite was neat, and the staff were polite. The food tasted great. Even after we got home, my younger son kept talking about the amazing chef. We had fun in the pool, and though the turf was small, it served its purpose.

We had a memorable team outing here, and the arrangements and hospitality left us highly satisfied. The staff were very supportive and kept everything organised throughout our stay. The food was tasty, well prepared, and offered good variety. Everyone enjoyed the activities and indoor and outdoor games. The greenery and well-kept property gave the resort a great ambience for a refreshing break from work.
