The room was roomy, with a big bed, working AC, and hot water available whenever we needed it. For the price, the facilities were good. What spoiled the stay was how staff handled an accident involving my 8-year-old son. He tried to open the door, and the key broke inside the lock. They charged ₹2,500, though the amount itself wasn't my main concern. I asked them to consider that a child that age wouldn't have the strength to break a key on purpose. The reply was, “I don’t know how much power your boy has; we provided a good one.” It came across as rude and unprofessional. Accidents can happen with children, and a more respectful, understanding response would have made a big difference.

For a short stay in Pollachi, this is one of the better budget options in the town centre. It's an older hotel that's been renovated recently, with clean, comfortable rooms of moderate size that suit two people. The beds and sheets were neat and hygienic, and the rooms are maintained well, even if they aren't premium. There's lift service, plenty of parking, and a bar on the ground floor. Hospitality and room service were good, too. I'd recommend it for a one-day stay.

The location is great, and there's a good restaurant nearby, but the room wasn't clean. I found a bundle of hair on the floor, and the room hadn't been dusted or mopped. The pillow covers hadn't been changed, either, and there were tiny male hair strands on the sheets and cover. The bathroom sink was dirty, and the bathroom in the second room leaked. The bed springs poked into me while I was trying to sleep.

A good place to stay, with good car parking. Orange bar is attached to the property, but there isn't an in-house restaurant. You can walk to a few hotels nearby.
