The room was dusty throughout, and the bathroom felt unhygienic enough that we had to be very careful about slipping. Even the corridors were in bad shape and poorly lit. Our room key didn't work, so we had to go get another one. There was no room service, and we carried all our luggage ourselves. For the price, there was no power backup either. The room cleaning seemed to be done in name only, and there wasn't much worth mentioning about it. Parking was similarly just in name, since I had to leave my car very close to the main road. The rooms weren't worth what we paid. I'd only choose this as a last resort if no better hotel or deal was available.

The room and bathroom locks didn't work, and the AC leaked while its remote was also broken. The wash basin in the bathroom was broken too. The place was understaffed, and there was no clean drinking water available. The room looked nothing like its online photos. It was dirty and stinky, the bed linen was filthy, and the room was full of mosquitoes. Absolute rubbish hotel.

I stay here regularly. The rates are fair, the rooms are good, and they have AC, a TV, and hot water. The staff are nice and helpful, and there's parking, though space is limited. It's on ECR, away from the beach and other attractions, so it's worth considering if you have a car or another vehicle. There's a rooftop bar attached to the hotel, plus another bar on the ground floor.

The service can be slow because it seems to rely on one service boy to look after the whole hotel. The facilities in the old rooms are limited, and they don't look like the online pictures. Since the hotel is above a bar, it may be a bit sensitive for families. The price feels high for what you get, and they accept only cash and gpay, no cards.

We tried the restaurant and thought the food was good. The hotel is well managed and nicely maintained, and the staff were extremely polite with very good service. The owner let us check in early for 9 room for a charge of just ₹ 900. I'd definitely recommend it.
