I'm from Bangalore and went for dinner with my family. We ordered Fish Manchurian, but it smelled strongly bad and seemed rotten. We told the staff and manager right away. They wouldn't accept there was a problem or apologize, and insisted we had to pay because they couldn't cancel the item. That's a serious food safety concern and awful service. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend eating here. You could end up in the hospital.

I'm from Bangalore, and my family and I came here for dinner. The Fish Manchurian smelled foul and didn't seem fresh, while the Biryani was only about 60% cooked. We raised both problems immediately, but the staff wouldn't even inspect the food and still said we had to pay. There was no apology, responsibility or concern for customers' health. The cashier desk and restaurant staff were especially poor. I won't trust this place again. Please don't risk your health here, it's a terrible experience.

We went to the restaurant for dinner and got fish that smelled foul and seemed rotten. They argued that they receive fresh fish every day, but why would we complain if it didn't smell bad? Even after we explained, they kept insisting we pay. We did, because we had a baby with us. Really bad service.

The receptionist was no help with anything and treated us as if we were staying for free. Our room smelled like a bar, and they wouldn't give us a good one even though we had kids, so we just had to put up with the smell. The management is awful. Owner, if customer service doesn't change, the hotel will be closed soon.

Chef Anthony was so humble and went out of his way to make us feel welcome. Friendly staff, and I'm truly glad we met him. Recommended.
