OYO 13078 Home 1BHK Studio Near Bus Stand

The house felt spooky, and we were stuck there for the night after checking in late because we had no other option. I called the OYO executive for help, but they put me on hold and never called back. OYO should inspect this room and make it more comfortable, hygienic, and safe instead of just sending automated feedback emails and thanking us for reviews. We checked out of OYO room 13078 Anna Nagar Pondicherry today, very upset with the service. It's hard to find, there are no nearby shops, and there's no OYO sign. The room was untidy and dirty. The sofa was torn, the bathroom had turned brown from a leak and wasn't fresh, the AC didn't work, and the fridge was filthy. There was no drinking water, and even the bathroom mat and bedsheet were dirty. The whole house smelled of smoke, and it seemed like someone had used the room and then it had been locked up. We gave them enough time to clean and fix things, but still weren't satisfied. Regards, Prathiba.

It's in Kamban Nagar, 3 km from the bus stand, so it isn't near the bus stand. The other facilities are good for the price.

We booked online and called the manager, who told us to wait but never showed up. A really bad experience here. Better not to book.

A pretty good option for families with an infant. It's near the city center and convenient for everything.
