The apartment made a great base for exploring Ponducherry. It’s within walking distance of the Indian and French quarters, with good food choices and a supermarket close by. The owners live downstairs and were friendly and quick to help. The apartment is on the second floor and only accessible by stairs. There’s plenty of space, with two bedrooms, two sitting areas, and an island kitchen bench. The terrace was lovely, though it was too hot for us to enjoy it. Having a washing machine and clothesline was especially useful in the humidity. The kitchen could’ve been cleaner. The previous guests seemed to have fried something, leaving oil splattered over the tiles. Indian bathrooms often get wet after showers, so a bath mat to dry our feet would’ve helped. Still, it was a great place to rest after exploring, and I’d recommend it.

It’s a beautiful property, but it was badly kept and didn’t look maintained. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned for days. The glasses and shower were broken, and none of the utensils looked hygienic. I asked them to clean the bathtub, but they came into my room and did it while I was away, without asking me. That felt very unsafe. Not worth the price.

Vigneesh was very helpful with coordination. The place is right in the town center, and I got it for a very reasonable price. A good place to stay.

We loved our four-day stay in this beautiful, well-kept penthouse, especially the cosy terrace. Pondicherry has plenty to see, but it was also nice just staying in. Mr. Kumar, the manager, was humble, welcoming, and helped us in every way he could.

Mr Kumar, the host, was always available whenever we needed help. The place was clean and had all the toiletries ready beforehand, with everything we needed. Nearby places were easy to reach. It met my expectations.
