The wardrobe wouldn't open, so we couldn't put our things away. Water wasn't coming from either the washbasin or the main tap, though thankfully there was water in the toilet. We asked to change rooms, and staff member San promised one but never gave it to us. His way of speaking was unpleasant, and when we questioned him, he said we could do whatever we wanted. How were we supposed to vacate the room at night? The service was awful.

The room was neat and nice, and the service was good. We arrived in Puducherry unexpectedly around 8:30-9:40 PM, and the owner gave us a room. We stayed for two days. It's near the Puducherry bus stand.

Everything we needed was close by, within about 400 metres: travel options, the main bus stand, bike rentals, and places to eat. The staff were nice, the rooms were kept clean, and the location made for a pleasant stay in Pondi. Highly recommended!

The hospitality was very good, and the rooms were kept really clean. Wonderful service.

The staff were good, and the room felt new and was very nice. It's just 150 metres from the main bus stand. They charged 1600 for a day, which seems fair to me.
