Sai Senthoor Paradise

I had a wonderful stay at Sai senthoor paradise. The room was clean and neat, and the service was good. After checking out, I was already on my way back to Chennai when I realized I'd left my purse in the room. The manager, Kanagaraj, let me know and sent it to Chennai by courier the next day. I really appreciate his quick response and help.

The uncle at reception gave us a warm welcome and was eager to help. Ask for a water bottle and it arrived within a minute; he could quickly suggest cafes, and an auto showed up within 5 minutes. Our room was tidy and clean, and it had the usual bed, TV, and AC. He even brought plates and spoons, though they only had soup spoons for biryani. For 3000 a night, the missing door and bathroom mats and the bathroom problems were frustrating. They'd put down only a thin towel. The sink didn't drain properly after washing hands, so the foot of the sink got wet. The drainage was worse, with water collecting in the bathroom and spilling into the room. We had no mop or mat to clean it up. Overall, 3 out of 5. I could still consider staying here again if they fix these things.

We spent two days here with family. The location was great, and the rooms were luxurious in an aesthetic setting, with full air conditioning and a big sofa. Breakfast is free, and there's a balcony view too. It felt safe and was the cheapest for girls. I recommend SSP for a safe, comfortable trip.

A decent, budget-friendly place for families in Pondi. The inside parking area is secure, and hot water was available from morning to evening as promised. The narrow corridors can get noisy late at night, but otherwise it's a good place to stay.
