RKN Beach Resorts

The food, music, drinks, and service were amazing, and the staff were really kind. There was plenty to keep both adults and kids busy, with activities, a small birds park, kids cinema, and free bicycles. It's kid friendly and has beach access. The rooms could be cleaner.

The private beach was lovely and clean, and the security team kept a close eye on everyone's safety. The resort was well organised, and our four days there with family were wonderful. RKN's staff were friendly and supportive all around. At the gate, the guards were vigilant; the bell boy helped with our luggage both at check-in and checkout; reception shared the information we needed; housekeeping kept our room exceptionally clean; and maintenance kept the facilities in good shape. Our room's private pool was nice, though the water was a bit cold because there was no temperature control. The resort also had carrom, table tennis, snake and ladder, a football board, tennis court, cricket net, a kids play area, three separate swimming pools, and free bicycles. Everything was well maintained. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and a large complimentary breakfast spread. Room service was excellent, and the restaurant staff were great. RKN also put on fun extras like a pot breaking game, cultural events and programs, and a movie in the amphitheatre with great sound from JBL speakers. It's a great place for families or friends, and we'll remember our stay for a long time. Best wishes to the RKN Beach Resort team.

The resort was spacious, with room to cycle and easy access to the beach, and the swimming pool was very well maintained. The rooms were clean and looked after, and the service was commendable. Ms. Ganga, Ms. Divya, and Mr. Kumaraguru deserve special thanks for their room service. Manager Mr. Krishnan was supportive, and I appreciated his guidance. Dining was a highlight too. The restaurant service and food were outstanding, and Mr. Kaartigueyane, Mr. Lakshmanan, Mr. Chandru, and the Head Chef made a strong impression. Reception and restaurant staff were consistently friendly, courteous, and very helpful. A little more variety for kids would make the meals even better. It was a memorable family stay and well worth the money.

Breakfast was great, and the kids had a nice play area and a chess area. Still, there were a lot of problems. We saw a snake at check-in and lizards in the washroom, with hair all over it. We were first given a small room and had to ask for a different arrangement. The buggy service was slow and infrequent, with only two buggies in total. The steps to the first-floor rooms weren't user friendly, most of the kids' cycles were broken, and crows in the outdoor restaurant kept disturbing our meal.
