The one thing that gave us pause was the filtered water being served in reused bottled water bottles. We usually avoid bottles with a broken seal, so it was confusing. Reusable bottles might be a better option. Everything else was a strong experience. The staff were amazing, communications before arrival were excellent, and the advice was very helpful. We wanted to be near the jetty for onward travel, so the location worked perfectly, even though it’s a little outside the centre. Our room’s view was awesome, and the Super Deluxe room with sea view was worth the modest extra cost. Sitting on the balcony was relaxing. Breakfasts were great, and the dinner we had there was delicious. Highly recommended and great value for money.

The room service was excellent, the view was fabulous, and the tariff was very reasonable at Seaview Residency. It worked especially well for our family with children, since the staff were happy to customize their food. That made the stay really comfortable.

The sea view is beautiful, and the place is well maintained. Staff are professionally trained, and the hospitality is admirable and non comparative. We had a great experience for a reasonable cost, with access to ferry boats serving prominent tourist destinations. Thank you, team sea view.

We booked this at random for one night before leaving for Swaraj Dweep (Havelock), and loved the hospitality. Since we had to leave early, they packed our free breakfast for us. This is the best budget hotel we’ve stayed in. It was spotless everywhere, right down to every tile outside the room and on the balcony. The balcony views were amazing, and those full wall-length windows were an immediate favorite. Hospitality, cleanliness, and a truly FULL Sea View 😍

Aman and Prakash made our trip easy, sorting everything from airport pickup to local sightseeing. Aman especially felt like a personal travel planner, and they went above and beyond for every request. The Super Deluxe Sea View room was spacious and worth it, with breathtaking views of the sea and bay. One of the best stays we’ve had. I’d give more than five stars if I could.
